Rust-Oleum® Specialty Fluorescent provides bright, highly visible color on a variety of surfaces. It is ideal for interior and exterior projects and also glows under a black light. For best results, apply over a white basecoat.

SPRAYING CONDITIONS :Use outdoors or in a well ventilated area. Use when temperature is above 50ºF (10ºC) and humidity is below 85% to ensure proper drying. Avoid spraying in very windy and dusty conditions.
CLEAN-UP When finished spraying, wipe off tip before storing. Properly discard empty container.
